When I was approached to do a world meditation, to join the efforts to save the people of Darfur, I couldn't say no. It was then suggested that a prayer is more universal. There is now scientific data that supports the positive results possible when large groups of people hold the same intention and vision. Whether through meditation, prayer or holding intention, we ask that you listen to the MP3 and hold the image in your mind for at least 20 to 30 seconds, of peace in Darfur and the people returning to their homeland, living with respect and dignity.

We unite our hearts and minds to call for the solution and
immediate halt to the genocide and destruction in Sudan.
